Delivery Time:

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM qualify for next-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • Please note: Next-day delivery is not applicable on Saturdays or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be delivered on the next available working day.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules or external factors beyond our control.

Delivery Charges:

  •  AED 28 delivery charge applies to all orders within UAE.
  • For remote areas, delivery is available once a week.
  • For international orders, delivery costs are determined at checkout to ensure the best available rate.

Payment Options:

We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

⚠️ Cash on Delivery is available only for orders within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

For international orders, payments can be made securely online via Credit or Debit Card.

For bulk or B2B orders, we also offer payment via Bank Transfer — please contact our team to arrange your order.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Once an order has been placed and processed, we are unable to cancel it.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
